Oldham Law Firm is a general practice firm with offices in Parry Sound and Burks Falls, Ontario, operating since June 2003. The Professional Corporation covers real estate, family, wills and estates, corporate, employment, construction, municipal, administrative, and civil litigation matters for clients across the Parry Sound district and the Almaguin Highlands. Howard Oldham, the firm's owner, graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 1996, then articled at the Toronto firm of Fraser Milner Casgrain, spending five years in its labour law department before moving in house as counsel for Consumers Glass Manufacturing. Outside the practice of law, Oldham has been a partner in an alarm company, owned a resort, and taken on construction projects, a business background that carries into client work.

Joyce Faria joined the firm in August 2013 after articling with the Corporation of the City of North Bay, holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and an H.B.A. from York University, and practices family, estates, corporate, and real estate law. David Williams arrived in September 2015 after two years as a family staff lawyer with Legal Aid Ontario at the Waterloo Region Courthouse, following a BSc from Western and a J.D. from Robson Hall at the University of Manitoba; the practice now spans civil, corporate, estates, family, and real estate matters.
