probatePRO is a wills, estates, and probate law firm based in Ottawa, operating as Afolabi Business Law Professional Corporation from an office on Preston Street. The firm guides executors and estate trustees through the probate process, from gathering and securing a deceased person's assets to paying debts and estate taxes and distributing what's left to beneficiaries. It also drafts customized wills and sets up trusts, including spousal trusts and Henson trusts for a beneficiary with a disability. Consultations happen in person or online, and beyond the consultation fee, the firm's costs aren't due until probate grants access to the estate's funds.

Jide Afolabi founded the firm after earning a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998 and articling at Blake, Cassels & Graydon in Toronto, followed by a call to the Ontario bar in 2000 and a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics. Afolabi's background also includes corporate, indigenous, and international trade law. Farooq Rafiq, called to the Sindh Bar Council in Pakistan in 1991 and to the Ontario bar in 2020 after completing Canada's national accreditation process, practises alongside Afolabi as special counsel.
