Lafleur & Associates is a bilingual criminal defence firm with offices in Ottawa, Ontario, Gatineau (Hull), Quebec, and L'Orignal, Ontario. It serves clients across Ontario, Quebec, and Nunavut in both English and French. Marie-Josee Lafleur has held standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1999, and later added membership in the Barreau du Quebec and the Law Society of Nunavut, so the firm can take on criminal matters in all three jurisdictions.

The team also includes Melanie Lord, a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 2007, Pascale Legault-Ouellet, who joined the Barreau du Quebec in 2018, Raphaelle Villeneuve, admitted to the Barreau du Quebec in 2022, and Michael J. Houle, counsel and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. The firm's practice covers the full range of criminal charges, from impaired driving and assault to drug offences and fraud, plus young offender matters, Ontario Review Board hearings, and youth protection cases in Quebec.
