Goldberg Wiseman Stroud & Hollingsworth is the operating name of Goldberg Stroud LLP, a three lawyer firm at 176 Bronson Avenue in downtown Ottawa. The firm handles real estate, wills and estates, corporate and commercial matters, family law, administrative law, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution for individuals and businesses in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. It offers free client parking at its downtown office.

Charles Wiseman earned a B.Com from McGill in 1969 and an M.A. from Western in 1970, worked as an economist, then earned an LLB from the University of Ottawa in 1974 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1976. After years as a general practitioner in litigation and solicitor's work, the practice narrowed to real estate, estate planning, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law. C. Warren Stroud, called to the bar in 1980 after a B.A. from York University and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, has practised mainly in commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on condominium development and mortgage financing.

David Hollingsworth was called to the bar in Ontario in February 1999 after an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa's Common Law program, and focuses on personal injury law, having appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Hollingsworth also leads a personal injury practice operating as OttawaInjury.ca, offering services in French and travelling to clients' homes and hospitals across Eastern Ontario on a contingency fee basis.
