Davies & Maxim LLP is a family law firm serving Ottawa, Pembroke, and the wider Ottawa Valley, also operating online as Davies Family Law. It handles family law matters only and works with clients across an area that includes Nepean, Kanata, Arnprior, Renfrew, Petawawa, Barry's Bay, and Deep River. The firm keeps two offices, in Ottawa on Cooper Street and in Pembroke on Pembroke Street East, both by appointment only, and relies on a free virtual consultation so clients from smaller communities can meet with a lawyer without traveling to either office.

The firm's two lawyers both trained at the University of Ottawa. Jared Davies completed an undergraduate degree in psychology there before earning a law degree, working part time at an Ottawa family law firm throughout school and then articling at a firm outside the Greater Toronto Area. Vlad Floca-Maxim earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in June 2021, was called to the bar in March 2022, and practices in both English and French, with court experience in motions, trials, arbitrations, and appeals in high conflict parenting and property and support disputes.

The practice covers divorce and separation, parenting and support, property division, domestic contracts, family violence protection orders, grandparents' rights, order variations, and parental alienation, resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation depending on the case.
