Neil Burgess Law Office is a small law firm with three offices in eastern Ontario, in Campbellford, Picton, and Brighton. Neil R. H. Burgess was called to the bar in March 1974 and opened a sole practice at 64 Front Street North in Campbellford, then added a second office in Picton in April 2004. Sam D. H. Burgess was called to the bar in June 2017 and later joined the practice. In April 2021, the Brighton office of the Law Office of Aleesha Camp merged into the firm, and it began operating jointly as Camp and Burgess Law Office.

The firm handles real estate purchases, sales, and mortgages, corporate and commercial matters including incorporations and PPSA transactions, criminal law from summary offences through youth court, family law such as uncontested divorces and separation agreements, and wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration. It's a small practice, spread across three small-town offices rather than one central location, and each of the three offices offers weekend appointments by request in addition to its regular weekday hours.
