Singh, Buchanan & Associates LLP is a criminal defence firm in St. Catharines, Ontario, operating as V. Singh Professional Corporation. Vijai Singh graduated from Queen's University's law program in 1993 and opened a criminal defence practice in the Niagara Region, and the firm still works from an office on Church Street, across from the courthouse. The practice covers bail hearings, theft and property offences, driving offences, drug and gun offences, and violent and sexual offences, handled under the Criminal Code, the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and the Cannabis Act. It accepts legal aid certificates in most cases.

Scott Buchanan joined as a partner in March 2019, after four years of general practice in Simcoe, Ontario. Buchanan holds a dual Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy and was called to the Ontario bar in January 2015. Licensed paralegal Ashley Galbraith rounds out the team, with ten combined years of experience at the firm, the Niagara Crown Attorney's Office, and the North Vancouver Crown Counsel office.
