Iron Law is a small civil litigation and construction law practice in St. Catharines, operating as a registered business name of Johanna McNulty Professional Corporation. Johanna McNulty founded the firm after spending close to a decade as a civil and construction litigator at two of Niagara's largest law firms, handling commercial, contractual, negligence, property, and construction disputes for companies of various sizes as well as individuals. The firm's name reflects its guiding values, strength, ingenuity, and practicality, which the practice applies to civil disputes and construction lien matters across the Niagara region.

McNulty holds an LL.B from the University of Ottawa, earned in 2009, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University, earned in 2005, and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2010. The founder has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the Landlord and Tenant Board, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Lincoln County Law Association.
