Ryan & Lewis Professional Corporation is a two lawyer firm based in Huntsville, Ontario, in the Muskoka region, serving Huntsville, Bracebridge, and the surrounding area. David Ryan opened a law practice in Huntsville and Parry Sound in 2006 after being called to the Ontario Bar in 1998 and practicing in Kitchener/Waterloo. Karen Lewis joined the practice in the fall of 2008, and the two lawyers formed Ryan & Lewis Professional Corporation together. The firm's work centers on real estate and mortgage transactions, wills and estate planning, and business and corporate law.

Before Huntsville, David Ryan took an 18 month break from law to serve as an officer with the Canadian Forces Primary Reserves, including a tour in Afghanistan, and later wrote a Thomson Reuters publication on Ontario's Employment Standards Act, 2000. Karen Lewis trained in England, admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court and a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales in 1988 after a law degree from Manchester University, before relocating to Canada in 1999 and being called to the Ontario Bar in 2003. Lewis also serves as Treasurer of the Muskoka Law Association.
