Cake Criminal Defence is a sole-practitioner criminal law firm based in London, Ontario, with an office in the Hyde Park Village development on Hyde Park Road. Founder Nick Cake started out at the Crown Prosecutor's Office, gaining trial experience from the prosecution's side of the courtroom, then moved into criminal defence work in 2015. After five years focused on defence work, with a particular emphasis on impaired driving cases, Cake opened the firm under its own name in 2020.
