About Falder Law

Falder Law is a small law firm in Sarnia, Ontario, with three lawyers: Andrea Falder, Pamela McLeod, and Blake Morrison. The firm says it continues a long standing local legal practice under a renewed direction, and Pamela McLeod's own history backs that up. McLeod has practiced law in Lambton County since 1986 and ran an independent practice starting in 1992, before joining Falder Law as an associate.

Andrea Falder didn't take the usual path into law, holding a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in drama, a Master of Arts in Drama and Performance from University College Dublin in Ireland, and a Bachelor of Law from the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom, earned with first class honours. Raised in Sarnia, Falder was called to the bar in Ontario in 2020.

Blake Morrison's path is different again. Morrison earned an LLB from the University of Ottawa in 1983, then joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 1990 and earned pilot's wings in 1992, flying both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. After returning to Sarnia, Morrison completed a Bachelor of Education and spent 25 years teaching Grade 11 and 12 law at St. Patrick's Catholic High School before coming back to legal practice. The firm's work covers real estate, employment law, wills and estates, corporate and commercial matters, and notary public services.
