About Crawford, Mill & Davies

Crawford, Mill & Davies is a small, full-service law firm that has served Huron and Bruce Counties in southwestern Ontario since 1930, when Harley Crawford established the practice. The firm today has two partners, Ross Davies and Conor O'Keefe, working from offices in Wingham and Lucknow. It focuses on real estate, corporate and commercial law, land use planning, and wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration for individuals, farm families, and small businesses across the surrounding townships. The firm formerly kept additional offices in Brussels and Ripley; those have since closed, with files transferred to the Wingham and Lucknow offices.

Davies earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto's University College in 1966 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto in 1969, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1971, giving the practice more than 40 years of continuity in the area. O'Keefe grew up in Calgary, Alberta, and spent childhood summers with grandparents in Huron County, then trained at the University of Calgary, the University of Lethbridge, and the University of Windsor before being called to the Ontario bar in 2011. O'Keefe articled at a full-service firm in Windsor, began practising in Exeter, Ontario, and joined Crawford, Mill & Davies in 2015; the two lawyers entered into partnership together in 2019. Both are listed as members of the Huron County Law Association.
