About Stampone Law

Stampone Law is a small firm in Stoney Creek, part of the City of Hamilton, led by owner and principal lawyer Siera Stampone. Stampone completed an Honours Bachelor of Knowledge Integration at the University of Waterloo in 2018, then earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law in 2021. While there, Stampone received the Corbin Estates Law Annual Prize and the STEP Canada Prize, both awarded for excellence in wills and the law of succession. The firm's practice covers residential and commercial real estate, wills, estate planning and estate administration, corporate law, and family law, including domestic contracts such as cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements.

Stampone Law is the successor to the practice of Murray Raymond Mazza, a lawyer who practiced in Hamilton for more than 40 years, and has taken on carriage of Mazza's files. That succession doesn't just preserve old files; it keeps continuity of service for the office's existing real estate, wills, and corporate law clients while extending the practice into family law. The office is at 426 Highway 8, Unit 1, in Stoney Creek, a fast growing part of Hamilton on the Lake Ontario side of the Niagara Escarpment.
