About Wissenz Law

Wissenz Law is a personal injury practice based in Ancaster, Ontario, serving Hamilton and the surrounding area, with Rebecca Wissenz and the firm's legal team handling matters for clients across the region. Founder Rebecca Wissenz grew up in Stoney Creek and graduated from Saltfleet High School before studying political science at Queen's University and earning a law degree at Windsor Law School. Wissenz returned to Hamilton to practice, working as an associate and later a long time partner at one of the city's larger law firms before founding Wissenz Law in 2008. Rebecca Wissenz has practiced law in Hamilton for more than 35 years.

The firm concentrates on personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents (both no fault and partial fault cases), slip and fall injuries, brain injuries, medical negligence, and wrongful death. It also prepares wills and powers of attorney for clients who want their affairs in order alongside their injury matters.
