HouseClosing.ca is the real estate closing brand of S and S Lawyers LLP, a small firm actually based in west Toronto, on Albion Road. The brand lists a second office on Winston Park Drive in Oakville and has served clients across the west end of the Greater Toronto Area for more than ten years, working in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Cambridge, and Markham.

Its real estate work covers home and business purchases and sales, mortgage refinancing, transfers of ownership or title, and assignments of property, and it also prepares wills and powers of attorney, handles probate and estate administration, and incorporates businesses. Closings are quoted at flat rates with a price match guarantee against competitors, and documents can be signed by video conference between 7 a.m. and midnight, seven days a week, for clients who can't get to an office in person.

The practice is led by lawyer Tajinder Kaur Sivia, who earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and qualified to practise law in Ontario through the National Committee on Accreditation, after earlier work at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. The firm is supported by a small team of law clerks and a paralegal who originally qualified as a lawyer in Turkey before becoming licensed as a paralegal in Ontario.
