Haxell Law is a small real estate, wills and estates, and notary practice based in Oakville, Ontario, working out of an office on Cornwall Road near the QEW. The firm has served the Oakville area since 1993. Jameson Glas took over its operation from founder D. Kevin Haxell in the fall of 2016 and still runs the practice today. Glas holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in astrophysics and classical civilizations from the University of Toronto, followed by a Juris Doctor from the same school in 2013 and a call to the Ontario bar in 2014. Before joining Haxell Law, articling work in Toronto covered civil litigation with a focus on real estate, private loans, and employment matters.

The practice centres on residential and commercial real estate, including purchases, sales, refinancing, and new builder agreements, along with wills, powers of attorney, and survivorship applications after a joint owner's death. Notary and commissioner of oaths services round out the practice, though notarization is limited to wills and powers of attorney Haxell Law itself prepared. The firm describes its team as four professionals in total, with Glas reviewing and signing every file personally rather than delegating that step to a clerk, and says it closes more than 500 real estate transactions a year while staying small enough that no file is treated as one of a batch.
