Artemis Partners LLP is a small law firm based in downtown Oakville, Ontario, cofounded by Ripujit Singh and Lakshay Khanna. Both are licensed as Barrister and Solicitor by the Law Society of Ontario and appointed notaries public. The firm concentrates on three areas: real estate, wills and estate planning, and corporate and commercial law, covering everything from residential and commercial purchases and sales to powers of attorney, trusts, business incorporations, and shareholder agreements. It describes its approach as tailoring legal solutions to individual client needs in a cost-efficient way, and it works with clients virtually across Canada in addition to seeing them in person at its Oakville office.

Both founders trained internationally before joining the Ontario bar. Ripujit Singh earned an LL.B. from Guru Nanak Dev University and practiced criminal law, family law, civil litigation, and real estate in Indian courts for several years before relocating to Canada, then articled in real estate, wills and estates, and immigration law. Lakshay Khanna studied law and business administration at Amity University in India, was called to the bar in Delhi in 2015, and worked as a judicial law clerk and at an Indian law firm on commercial law and litigation matters for more than three years before relocating to Ontario. Each holds a Certificate of Qualification from Canada's National Committee on Accreditation, the credential foreign-trained lawyers need before they can be licensed here.
