About Veronica Mallari Law

Veronica Mallari Law is a solo family law and wills and estates practice based in Burlington, Ontario, working from an office on Burloak Drive and serving clients across the Halton Region. Founder Veronica-Ann Mallari earned an LL.B. from the University of Leicester in England and worked as a legal advisor at the university's pro bono clinic. Mallari articled with Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General in Toronto, then worked as counsel with the ministry and as a legal advisor in the Ministry of Community and Social Services' corporate services division. Private practice followed at a large Bay Street firm and later at a mid-size Mississauga firm before Mallari opened this practice.

Mallari trained in family law mediation through York University and takes a collaborative approach to family law matters, tailored to each client, alongside handling wills, estates, and notary and commissioning services by appointment. Mallari has described losing both parents in a car accident and witnessing how much harder that loss becomes for a family when a parent dies without a will, and has said that experience shaped a decision to focus on family law and estate planning.
