Stoner & Company Family Law is a family law firm with offices in Burlington and Oakville, Ontario, and it's practised exclusively in family law for more than 20 years. Ann Stoner founded the firm and holds an Honours B.A. in English and History from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University, and a law degree from the University of Toronto. Before starting the practice, Stoner completed family mediation and arbitration training through Riverdale Mediation, spent ten years as a dispute resolution officer at the Milton and Hamilton Superior Courts, and has served as a director of The Advocates' Society.

The firm now includes multiple lawyers who work across divorce, separation, decision-making and parenting time, child and spousal support, property division, adoptions, child protection, and cohabitation and marriage contracts. Stoner & Company describes a team approach in which newer lawyers work alongside more experienced ones on the same file, a structure it says helps manage the cost of a family law matter. Beyond litigation, the firm offers mediation, arbitration, and collaborative family law, and it provides unbundled legal services, coaching and limited scope help for people who want to represent themselves in part or all of a case. One of the firm's lawyers is fluent in French and Arabic in addition to English.
