Virtual appointmentsCampbell Law & Dispute Resolution is a small estates and dispute resolution firm based in Pickering, Ontario, with a second office in Windsor. Managing lawyer Charles M. Campbell was called to the Ontario bar in 2022, after earning a J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2021 and a B.A. in Human Rights and Equity Studies from York University in 2016. Before opening the firm, Campbell worked as a summer student and articling student with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada in Toronto.
The firm's main work is estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation, including probate applications, passing of accounts, and disputes over how an estate's assets get divided, some of which involve cross-border complications between Canada and the United States. Campbell Law also handles family law matters such as separation agreements and marriage contracts, residential real estate transactions, landlord and tenant disputes, business incorporation, mediation, and notarization.
Campbell founded the firm after losing a grandmother, an experience that shaped an interest in helping clients through estate planning and loss. Alongside the practice, Campbell teaches negotiation at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and coaches the school's national negotiation team.

The Windsor office is a second, smaller location. Campbell earned a law degree at the University of Windsor and continues to teach negotiation there as an instructor in the Faculty of Law, a connection that predates the firm itself.
