Simeson Law LLP is a litigation firm in downtown Oshawa, Ontario, with an office at 100 Bond Street East. The firm now goes by Simeson Law but was previously known as Kitchen Simeson Belliveau LLP, a name that still shows up in the kslawfirm.ca domain and the firm's Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. It handles personal injury, criminal defence, employment, and family law matters, and it's been operating in Oshawa for about 40 years by its own account.

Partner Alastair H. Simeson was called to the Ontario bar in 1984 after earning degrees from the University of Western Ontario, the University of Waterloo, and the law school at McGill University. Simeson focuses on personal injury litigation, long term disability claims, and life insurance disputes, and previously served as President of the Oshawa Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Canada Pension Plan Appeals Tribunal.

Associate Sean M. Simeson spent almost a decade practicing personal injury and workers' compensation law in Colorado, including civil rights litigation against police departments, before returning to Ontario and taking on criminal defence work at the firm too. Partner Melissa Belliveau leads the firm's family law and collaborative family law practice and holds a Certificate in Family Mediation from York University.
