Moss Law Professional Corporation is a family law firm in Oshawa, Ontario that serves clients across Durham Region, including Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Courtice and Uxbridge. Founder Suzette Moss was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 and has practiced family law exclusively ever since. Moss has more than 20 years of legal experience across multiple jurisdictions. Moss started out as a sole practitioner, then joined the family law firm Hills Nolan as an associate in 2015, working there for seven years before opening Moss Law in 2023.

Moss's legal education began outside Canada, with an LL.B. from the University of the West Indies and professional training completed at the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica, before those credentials were recognized in Ontario. The firm handles divorce and separation, decision making and parenting time, child and spousal support, and property division, along with separation, cohabitation and marriage agreements, and offers mediation, arbitration and collaborative family law as alternatives to a court process. Moss completed collaborative family law certification, Levels I and II, in 2020, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Durham Region Law Association and Collaborative Practice Durham Region.
