About Ajax Law Chambers

Ajax Law Chambers is a small general practice in Ajax, Ontario, where two lawyers, Robert DellaLibera and John Tucciarone, share an office but run separate practices rather than a single partnership. The office traces back to 1969, when Peter G. Singh opened a law practice at 158 Harwood Avenue South, the same address the firm still uses. John Tucciarone was called to the Bar in 1996, spent two years practicing alongside a senior solicitor in Richmond Hill, and then ran an independent practice there before moving to Ajax in 2002 to take over Singh's practice. The office continues today under the name Singh, Tucciarone, Solicitors, and Notaries Public, more than five decades after it opened.

Tucciarone handles real estate closings and refinances, wills and powers of attorney, corporate matters such as incorporations and business agreements, and notarizations. Robert DellaLibera, in private practice since 1991, focuses on family law, wills and estates, construction liens, litigation, and notarizations, along with health law. That side of the practice grew out of experience with a national defence organization for chiropractors and now involves helping healthcare professionals with regulatory complaints, licensing issues, and professional corporations. Because the two lawyers practice independently rather than as a single partnership, clients work directly with whichever lawyer's focus matches their matter.
