Palmer Family Law is a family law and mediation practice in Orangeville, Ontario, led by Kemi L. Palmer. Palmer was called to the Ontario Bar in February 2002 after earning a law degree from Osgoode Hall, York University, and also holds non-practising membership with the Nova Scotia Bar. The practice is restricted to complex, high-conflict, high net-worth family law disputes, and its files routinely involve third-party professionals such as certified business valuators, accountants, the Office of the Children's Lawyer, child protection agencies, mediators and arbitrators. In 2026 the firm also began accepting Children's Aid Society and Child, Youth and Family Services Act matters, intake added specifically for Dufferin County.

Palmer Family Law has close ties to the local and regional family law system. Palmer serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Brampton and Milton, is an alumna of Harvard's Mediation Intensive, and was President of the Dufferin County Law Association from 2024 to 2026. Palmer also presents for the Ministry of the Attorney General's Mandatory Information Program, a session required early in Ontario family court cases. Starting in July 2026, the practice is expanding into mediation alongside its family law work. Palmer speaks English and Yoruba and is currently learning French.
