About Anderson Law Group

Anderson Law Group is a law firm with offices in Wallaceburg and Chatham, Ontario, serving Chatham-Kent and Lambton County. It's a continuation of a practice that has operated in the area for more than 100 years, most recently as Carscallen Reinhart Mathany Maslak Anderson before Lindsey Anderson took over on January 1, 2019 and renamed it Anderson Law Group. The firm has four lawyers and seven full-time staff, and it practises in real estate, wills and estates, business law, and family law.

Its real estate work covers residential, commercial, and agricultural transactions, and its wills and estates practice extends to agricultural and business succession planning, work that fits a region built around farming. The family law practice is limited to uncontested matters, such as separation agreements, mediation, and collaborative family law; the firm doesn't represent clients in contested disputes. Anderson was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2007 and admitted to partnership in 2014, and lawyer Jocelyn Kraayenbrink, called to the bar in 2014, practises mainly in estate planning and administration. In November 2023, Scott McGillivray's team invited Anderson Law Group to join a roster of professional partners on McGillivray's website after researching the firm, and the firm's lawyers traveled to Toronto to meet the television personality as part of the announcement.
