The firm describes itself as one of the largest law firms in western New Brunswick, with offices in Florenceville-Bristol, Fredericton, Hartland and Woodstock, plus a satellite office in Toronto. The practice operates as Langdon Professional Corporation. Founder Tyler Langdon traces the family's connection to the legal profession back to 1887, when great-great-grandfather Murney Langdon began practising law in Ontario, and the firm describes Tyler Langdon as the 12th lawyer in that family line. Its lawyers handle agribusiness, corporate and commercial law, employment law (acting only for employers), family law, financing, incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and wills and estates.

Before founding the firm, Tyler Langdon worked at a Bay Street firm in Toronto, then spent years in corporate roles including chief mergers and acquisitions officer, general counsel and corporate secretary for an organization with over $400 million a year in sales across 18 jurisdictions. Tyler Langdon later earned the ICD.D designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors' Director Education Program with the Rotman School of Management, and members of the firm now serve on client boards and advise on governance. The Toronto address, a suite in the First Canadian Place tower, is a satellite location for document drop offs, pickups and consultations by appointment; day to day practice runs out of the firm's four New Brunswick offices.
