About Yves

Yves Pepin graduated from the Faculté de droit at the Université de Montréal, which chose him in 1990 to represent the university in the Gale Cup Moot, Canada's most prestigious bilingual mooting competition. He passed the Barreau du Québec's bar admission exams and was called to the bar in 1992. Pepin has represented clients in a number of high-profile matters, and is currently representing more than 50 pet stores in a dispute against the City of Montréal. His practice covers commercial litigation, civil litigation and commercial law.
