About William

Assels has more than 25 years of experience, with expertise in civil law, employment law, corporate and commercial law, municipal law and penal law. He has practised at the firm since his Barreau du Quebec articling in 1997 and has appeared before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a governor of the Fondation du Barreau du Quebec and received the Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspesie, Iles-de-la-Madeleine Young Bar's Personality Award recognizing professional, social and personal achievement.
