About William

William Aadil Musani founded Cunningham Family Law after spending years practicing corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law at international firms and a Canadian tax boutique. Before becoming a lawyer, he spent a decade as a business executive. He focuses on family law matters involving complex corporate assets, business ownership, and significant wealth, including property division, spousal support, and child support for high-income and self-employed parents. He is trained in mediation, arbitration, and collaborative approaches, and also offers legal coaching and document review for clients who want guidance without full representation. Musani represents clients across Calgary and southern Alberta, including Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, and Canmore.
