About Toni
Toni McLeod grew up near Nanton and returned to her rural roots to practice law in her local community. She graduated with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2009 and completed her articles at McCarthy Tetrault. She began her career in the firm's labour and employment group before moving to an in-house role at Mercer Canada and later serving as Associate General Counsel at Western Financial Group in High River, Alberta. In September 2016 she returned to private practice, joining Laurie Gordon at the Nanton law office to form the partnership of Gordon & McLeod. In 2018, Toni L. McLeod Professional Corporation purchased the firm and Gordon retired. She lives on a small family farm near Nanton with her husband and daughter and takes part in local community events.
