Tim has practised law since 1980, developing a litigation and appellate practice covering corporate/commercial, medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance, constitutional, criminal, and sports law matters. He appears before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has represented numerous NHL players.
