About Timothy

F. Timothy Deeth was called to the bar in 1975 and rejoined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2014 after 11 years practising with what was then McClintock, Devry & Pierce. His practice centres on family law, real estate, and wills and estates, and he has appeared as counsel in family matters at every level of court in Ontario. Tim has served as a panel member of the Office of the Children's Lawyer, sat as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Scarborough Family Court, and volunteered with the Agincourt Community Services Association. He is a member of the Consent and Capacity Board's panel of designated lawyers and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario. A longtime Don Mills resident, Tim is active with the Don Mills Civitan Club, which runs a hockey program for hundreds of young participants each year.
