About Steve

Steve Schuck was born and raised in Weyburn and studied at the University of Saskatchewan, earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and making the Dean's List each year. He worked on a service rig in Weyburn's oil patch before returning to town to practice law after finishing his legal education. Schuck maintains a general practice that has included corporate reorganizations and the purchase and sale of business assets and shares, real estate deals involving complex farmland transactions of thousands of acres, and estates involving millions of dollars of property. He also drafts wills and estate plans, including plans for transferring farmland to the next generation. Schuck holds an LLB from the University of Saskatchewan (2014) and is a Certified Interdisciplinary Collaborative Family Law practitioner (2021). He is active in the Weyburn community, serving as president of the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce board, chair of the Weyburn Group Home Society board, and chair of the Mental Health Review panel for southeastern Saskatchewan.
