Stephen Shoshan was called to the Ontario bar in 1996 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and an LL.M. in intellectual property from Osgoode Hall Law School. He has appeared before the Patent Appeal Board, the Trademarks Opposition Board, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Ontario Superior Court.
