About Stella

Stella Azenabor is the founder of Zena Law Office. She was first called to the Bar in Nigeria in 2011 and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, holding an LL.B. (2009) and an LL.M. (2016). She began her career as a corporate lawyer with Mac Benson Consults in Lagos, advising on commercial transactions, contractual matters, and corporate compliance, and later worked with the Edo State House of Assembly on legislative drafting and statutory interpretation. After relocating to Canada, she completed her articling term at Alalade Law Professional Corporation in Brampton, obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2024, and was licensed to practise law in Ontario in 2025. Her practice covers family law, immigration law, corporate and commercial law, criminal law, civil litigation, real estate, wills and estate planning, and notary services.
