Shane Altbaum advises corporate clients on corporate, commercial and securities law matters at every stage of a business's life cycle, from start-up through capital raises, business arrangements with partners and suppliers, regulatory compliance, and acquisitions or divestitures across a range of jurisdictions. His clients operate mainly in private equity and venture capital, technology hardware and software, cannabis, transportation services, real estate development, professional services, and medical and dental professional corporations. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Law Society of Alberta, and was previously an internet entrepreneur and a strategic planning consultant to a major Canadian company's executives and board.
