About Serge

Serge Milette has practised criminal and penal law for more than 20 years, appearing in matters under the Criminal Code including impaired driving, mischief, assault, threats, harassment and drug possession. His practice also covers applications for parole, applications for record suspension (pardon), matters before the Review Board on mental disorders, and Highway Safety Code offences. He represents young people facing criminal charges from first appearance through possible extrajudicial sanctions, explaining their rights and options at each stage.
