About Ryan

Ryan Tilleman has a general corporate/commercial practice focused on entrepreneurs, professionals, and small owner-managed and mid-sized private companies, advising on purchases and sales, corporate finance, leasing, corporate governance, and tax planning strategies. He has extensive experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions and advising private lenders and borrowers on secured lending, and his practice includes a growing business immigration advisory component for corporations and individuals. Before establishing his own firm in 2009, Tilleman worked on some of the largest mergers and acquisitions in Canadian history as an associate at a leading national firm. He earned his LL.B. and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics, both from the University of Alberta, and speaks Russian.
