About Rocky

Rocky Lane Hornung has served the Medicine Hat community for over two decades, focusing on family law, real estate law, and wills and estates. His family law practice covers divorce, legal separation, paternity, domestic partnership, custody, visitation, spousal and child support, division of marital property, and domestic violence matters, and he offers mediation and collaborative law services to help limit court involvement and legal costs. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Calgary, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Alberta (1996), and began his legal career in Medicine Hat that year. He is a practicing member of the Collaborative Divorce Alberta Association and volunteers regularly at the Medicine Hat Pro Bono Clinic.
