About Robert

Robert J. Charlton is a founding member of Chouinard & Company, now retired from active practice but continuing to work with the firm in an advisory role. He stepped down as managing partner in 2008 and has since worked in association with J.F. Raymond Chouinard. Outside his law practice he has been active with Equitas, a society advocating for better treatment and pensions for injured and disabled Canadian veterans, work that contributed to a class action lawsuit and motions in Parliament on veterans' benefits.
