About Richard

Richard Auclair has practised exclusively in employment and labour law and occupational health and safety since the start of his career, representing employers before administrative and judicial tribunals including the Tribunal administratif du travail. He has been a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since 1989 and frequently trains HR managers on discipline, employment standards and workplace safety.
