About Rhonda

Rhonda Shirreff is a Barrister and Solicitor who practises employment and labour law in the Greater Toronto Area, focusing on workplace investigations, mediation, training, and policy development. Before opening her own firm, she practised at Bay Street firms known for their labour and employment law expertise, most recently as counsel to an international firm. She has also taught employment and labour law as a sessional lecturer at the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School.
