About Renz

Renz Grospe is the founder of RCG Legal Professional Corporation, an Ottawa and Montreal immigration law firm. He came to Canada at 15 as the son of a caregiver and later worked with immigrant and temporary foreign workers in employment disputes, including CNESST mediations in Montreal, before becoming a lawyer. He holds dual Civil Law and Common Law degrees (BCL/JD) from the McGill University Faculty of Law and is licensed to practice in both Quebec and Ontario. His practice focuses on corporate immigration, family sponsorship, and complex matters involving refusals, misrepresentation, and inadmissibility, including Federal Court judicial reviews and appeals. He works with clients in Filipino, French, English, and Spanish.
