About Raymond
Raymond Diep is a Canadian real estate lawyer based in Mississauga. After being called to the bar, he took over a real estate practice at a small Toronto firm and later led the real estate practice at a larger Mississauga firm, growing it to more than 300 transactions a year across Ontario. In 2019 he left to start Diep Law, and after a break from practising during a market slowdown, he returned to work alone with a smaller client roster. He has closed more than 3,000 real estate transactions and handles purchases, sales, refinances, assignments, and occupancy closings personally rather than through clerks or junior lawyers.
