About Quinn
Quinn Campbell Keenan founded QCKeenan Law in late 2022 after registering as a sole proprietor, focusing on refugee protection claims, refugee appeals, and related Federal Court judicial reviews, as well as sponsorship and Express Entry applications. She earned a B.A. from McGill University in 2013 with a double major in English Literature and Political Science, and attended law school at the University of Toronto, where she gained practical experience in refugee law through Downtown Legal Services, the school's student legal aid clinic. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2019 and began her career as a junior associate at Chapnick & Associates under Toronto refugee lawyer Paul A. Dineen before starting her own practice.
