About Philippe

Philippe Gaudet earned an LL.B. (with distinction) from Université de Montréal in 2001 and, in 2003, completed a master's degree (LL.M./D.E.A.) in legal theory (magna cum laude) at the Académie européenne de théorie du droit in Brussels. Philippe Gaudet articled at the Cour d'appel du Québec and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2004, later undertaking doctoral studies in philosophy of law in Geneva. Philippe Gaudet has practised since 2006 mainly in civil, corporate, commercial, municipal, and administrative law, as well as immigration law. Philippe Gaudet is president of the board of the Fondation Ma vie en main, treasurer of Épilepsie Montérégie, vice-president of Jouvence Centre de villégiature, secretary of the École Nationale de la Chanson, and a board member of the École secondaire du Verbe Divin.
