Philip A. Byrne obtained a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Queen's University in 1990 and an LL.B. from Queen's University in 1993. Byrne has broad experience in business law, having practised at a national law firm in Toronto, a technology-focused boutique firm in Ottawa, and a regional firm in Lethbridge, and as in-house counsel to a Lethbridge company. The practice focuses on incorporations, partnership and shareholder agreements, purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate and leasing, corporate reorganizations, and succession planning.
