About Peter

Peter K. Hamilton is a partner at KSW Lawyers based in Surrey, called to the bar in 1985. Hamilton holds a law degree from Queen's University's Faculty of Law (1985) and began practising in Toronto before relocating to British Columbia in 1989. Hamilton joined Kane Shannon and Weiler in 1992 and became a partner in 1999, with a practice covering insurance defence, property and fire insurance, occupiers' liability, civil litigation, and medical negligence.
