About Peter
Peter Fominoff practised law continuously from 1977, working as both a barrister and a solicitor, before retiring. His barrister's practice included personal injury, commercial litigation, family and divorce litigation, will and estate litigation including wills variation actions, and real estate dispute litigation. As a solicitor, his practice covered real estate sales and purchases, mortgages, wills, estate planning, probate, and corporate, commercial, and family law. He holds an engineering degree, earned in 1970, and a law degree, earned in 1976, both from the University of British Columbia, and was admitted to practice in British Columbia in 1977. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC.
