About Paul

Paul Dipede founded DPD Law after a career as general counsel for mid to large scale general contractors in the construction industry. He advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, including reviewing and drafting construction contracts ranging from large P3 government agreements to standard subcontracts, and also advises on insurance, labour, employment, and commercial leasing issues.
